ZenAway Vacation Rentals offers top quality, clean, and comfortable vacation homes in Whistler with world-class customer service. Our goal is to provide an outstanding space to sleep, eat and relax so our guests can experience Whistler to its fullest.

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Whistler local to join a small, tight-knit team that genuinely takes pride in the quality of their work.

What you’ll be doing

• Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently across our portfolio of luxury homes
• Handling a range of general repairs including carpentry, AV/internet, HVAC, and appliance troubleshooting
• Conducting post-clean property inspections to ensure every home is guest-ready and damage-free
• Performing pre-arrival checks on lighting, heating, and key home features
• Coordinating supply runs and deliveries to properties across Whistler
• Supporting seasonal projects and working with external contractors when needed

You’re a great fit if you:

• Take genuine pride in your craft and hold yourself to a high standard
• Have hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, or a trade
• Are comfortable across multiple areas — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry
• Can manage your time and work independently without needing to be micromanaged
• Are a clear communicator who collaborates well with a small team
• Experience in vacation rentals or housekeeping is a bonus

Requirements

• Currently living in Whistler with secured housing
• Valid BC driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Compensation & Perks

• $27–$29/hour based on experience
• 35–40 hours/week (weekends + 2–3 weekdays)
